John Saunders
President, Chief Executive Officer
Saunders has been president and CEO of IMI Global since founding the Company in 1995. He previously was a partner with Pathfinder Consulting Services, Inc., a strategic planning and management consulting firm. An expert in both technology and the livestock industry, Saunders is a graduate of Yale University with B.S. degree in Environmental Studies and a B.A. degree in History.

Dannette Boyd
Chief Financial Officer
Boyd is a CPA with more than 15 years of professional experience, including a deep background in SEC and financial reporting, due diligence, debt and equity financing transactions, consolidations and integrations, and process improvement and re-design. Prior to joining IMI Global in March 2008, Boyd was controller with Einstein Noah Restaurant Group for more than three years. Previous assignments include: assistant controller, Sirenza Microdevices; audit services with KPMG Peat Marwick; accounting manager, DF&R Restaurant Company; and senior accountant, CSI/CDC Company.

Rob Streight
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining IMI Global in 2006, Streight was EVP operations with Chuck Latham Associates, a provider of merchandising and marketing services to major pet specialty chains. He is a founder of Future Beef Operations, LLC, and also held management positions at Keystone Foods, Manville Sales and Campbell Soup. He holds a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Toledo.

Leann Saunders
Executive Vice President of Quality Services
Saunders joined IMI Global in 2003 and is responsible for development, implementation and delivery of the Company’s USVerified product line. Saunders previously held positions with PM Beef Holdings, McDonald’s Corporation, and Hudson Foods Corp. She holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Science from Colorado State University.

Cara Gerken
Vice President of Quality Services
Gerken joined IMI Global in 2005 and is responsible for new product research, development and training for the USVerified. Gerken was previously a meat marketing specialist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture for 10 years. She is a graduate of Kansas State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. She received her M.S. in food science from Oklahoma State University.

Cory Weaver
Vice President of Information Technologies
With IMI Global since 1999, Weaver is the Company’s systems project leader. Weaver was previously with SYS-TEC Corporation, where he implemented inventory management systems for the U.S. Airforce and Navy. He holds a B.S. degree in Business from Heidelberg College and is a Certified Network Engineer.
